Drumline Skills Sessions: All drumline members will need the following: Marching style Snare Drum sticks (The following are acceptable and recommended. Please follow these recommendations.)
Metronome - any model will do Practice pad - any model will do - computer mouse pads work fine These models were chosen to enhance the sound quality of the competition music. Please talk to Debbie before you buy any other model number so you can be given a second choice. Students should shop for the best
prices, stores
like Singer Music in La Puente and Gard's Music in Glendora will probably give
student
discounts if you ask. Sam Ash probably carries these models as well so
check
your prices before you buy.
Members of the drumline battery; please
refer to the
stick selections that were listed for you at the beginning of the school
year on
this page. Bass drummers can pick up the same style of mallet that we
use at
school at Gards Music.
